About the role

Full-stack software engineer role at Levelpath, building product inside an agentic software factory. You'll steer, review, and harden agent-driven output across a NestJS PostgreSQL backend, React/TypeScript frontend, and React Native mobile, focusing on trustworthy AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship product in an agent-driven workflow (NestJS, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, Docker), steering agents and reviewing their output.
  • Harden systems built on top of LLMs: schema enforcement, validation, graceful degradation, and knowing exactly where things break.
  • Use your engineering experience to raise the bar on code quality, tools, and processes for the whole team.
  • Work across a shared TypeScript codebase with frontend and mobile teams.

Qualifications

  • Solid full-stack or backend fundamentals — several years shipping production software.
  • AI-pilled, genuinely. Your instinct is to hand work to agents first, and you want to turn over as much as possible to AI in your own workflow and in the product.
  • A deep-seated need to ship.
  • Ownership by default. You lead something.
  • TypeScript / Node.js experience (NestJS a plus).
  • PostgreSQL knowledge and comfort with Docker / Docker Compose.
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal.
