About the role

AI Deployment Manager in APAC responsible for end-to-end customer deployments of Cresta’s AI solutions, turning ambitious AI initiatives into live, adopted solutions with measurable business outcomes as Cresta expands in APAC.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer deployments end-to-end from initiation to adoption.
  • Translate complex technology into clear, actionable plans for customers.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to ensure successful deployments.
  • Maintain clarity, structure, and momentum in complex initiatives.
  • Ensure deployments are on time and meet defined success metrics.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading technical or AI-driven SaaS implementations
  • Strong project management skills with a consultative, customer-first mindset
  • Comfort working with technical concepts, data, and analytics
  • Ability to translate complex technology into clear, actionable plans
  • Bias toward execution, outcomes, and ownership
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
