About the role

Senior Product Manager for a first-of-its-kind consumer mobile product, focused on end-to-end ownership of a specific feature area within a fast-paced, AI-native startup environment. Responsible for turning ambiguous ideas into concrete specs, collaborating with engineering and design, and driving metrics across activation, retention, and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product lifecycle for a specific feature area from opportunity sizing and requirements through launch and post-launch iteration
  • Write and maintain product requirements, acceptance criteria, and gap analyses
  • Partner daily with engineering leads and designers in tight iteration loops
  • Use AI tools to draft specs, synthesize research, prototype flows, and query data
  • Bring an AI-first product lens to the roadmap and define where AI can improve the member experience
  • Define and track metrics (activation, retention, conversion) and prioritize accordingly
  • Navigate compliance-sensitive areas (age-based eligibility, data privacy, sweepstakes/prize mechanics) by translating legal guidance into product rules
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with external partners and vendors to manage integrations and contractual commitments
  • Represent the voice of the member by using research, data, and product sense to push back on non-scalable ideas

Qualifications

  • 5 - 8 years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing mobile products at meaningful scale
  • Technical fluency in APIs, data models, and system architecture; ability to participate in technical design discussions
  • AI-first mindset with experience embedding AI into workflows (research synthesis, prototyping, data analysis)
  • Structured thinker who can translate ambiguous inputs into clear, sequenced requirements
  • Data-driven with ability to define success metrics before building and instrumenting shipped features
  • Startup mindset with experience scaling to millions of users and shipping from zero
  • Action-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity, prioritizing shipping over process
