About the role

Lead a critical transformation in how Member Care scales across staffing strategy, workforce management, vendor strategy, and AI enablement. Own multi-year staffing strategy, evolve staffing model with outsourced capacity, and implement AI, automation, and human-in-the-loop workflows to improve productivity, service delivery, and margins.

Responsibilities

  • Own the multi‑year Member Care staffing strategy across channels, roles and staffing type, ensuring alignment with company growth plans, product roadmap, and client commitments.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in staffing strategy, operating model design and/or transformation or a related operational strategy function, including at least 2 years in a people management role.
