About the role

BizOps role focused on solving Plaid's most pressing business issues by partnering with Product and GTM leaders to drive cross-functional, high-impact initiatives, operating rhythms, and data-driven decision making at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the strategic and operational backbone for a Product or GTM organization - identify the highest-leverage opportunities and drive them to clean outcomes
  • Leading important product strategy and cross-functional work such as launching new products, improving go-to-market motions, or accelerating revenue
  • Owning foundational operating rhythms - monthly business reports, QBRs, OKRs and KPIs, executive reporting - and evolving them as the business scales
  • Building out dashboards, metrics, and success measures that give leadership visibility and enable data-driven decisions
  • Using AI tools and agents as a default part of how you work - as a force multiplier

Qualifications

  • 6–11 years in management consulting, investment banking, and/or operating roles (BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Finance)
  • Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills; comfort translating ambiguity into frameworks, plans, and decisions
  • High agency, sense of ownership, and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels and drive cross-functional teams to action
  • Familiarity with AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS preferred
