Responsibilities
- Run discovery calls with founders and operators
- Tour spaces with clients
- Help companies work through offers and lease decisions
- Support customers in the Manhattan workspace
- Act as a product liaison by capturing data points from interactions to improve processes and inform AI/system design
Qualifications
- Experience in a client-facing role requiring judgment (e.g., consulting, expert networks, advisory, or client services)
- Curiosity about how AI is changing professional services
- Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders
- High judgment, low ego with adaptability in early-stage environment
- Based in New York City and comfortable spending significant time in the city
