Responsibilities
- Talk to founders. Interview startup founders about how they found their office, and our team about what they see on tours every day.
- Explore the city. Visit buildings and walk neighborhoods, then write the guides founders actually use to choose where their team works.
- Find the story in the data. Turn thousands of real office listings with real prices into articles nobody else can write.
- Write and publish. Your work goes live on our site, with your name on it, and you'll see how it ranks on Google.
- Use AI every day. Learn how an AI-native company really works. AI does the first draft and you make it worth reading.
Qualifications
- You're a current college student in the Bay Area
- You write clearly and like it
- You're curious and happy to strike up a conversation with a stranger
- You notice when something doesn't add up
- Bonus: an interest in startups, real estate or cities. No experience needed.
