About the role

Senior post-sales technical architect for enterprise onboarding and scale, owning the technical lifecycle from signed contract to production readiness and fleet-scale integration within Terminal’s enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical path to production readiness for enterprise accounts (solutioning, integration design, and Definition of Done for go-live)
  • Publish readiness criteria at kickoff and drive time-to-readiness and data quality milestones
  • Enable and scale customers’ technical teams, monitor sync health and API performance, and manage end-to-end technical escalations
  • Co-author and evolve the production-readiness playbook, kickoff playbook, and issue repositories; build repeatable processes for future CE hires

Qualifications

  • Delivered enterprise technical implementations in a post-sales context for Fortune 500 customers (end-to-end go-lives)
  • Strong data engineering fundamentals: APIs, data pipelines, warehouse replication, data completeness, and latency considerations
  • Experience navigating security/data-governance reviews to resolution and timely go-lives
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into engineering scope and communicate technical realities to executives
  • Proven incident ownership and ability to drive to dated readiness plans

Terminal is Plaid for telematics data in commercial trucking. Companies building next generation insurance products, financial services and fleet software for trucking use our Universal API to access GPS data, speeding data and vehicle stats. Raghav (CEO) and Connor (CTO) led product and engineering at a series b-funded neobank where they spent 2.5 years integrating middleware APIs like Plaid & Stripe. Before that, Connor spent 3 years building software for his family-owned logistics company which was acquired by a private equity firm. Raghav’s family is in fleet operations and owns an HVAC company in San Francisco where they operate a fleet of 13 commercial vehicles.
