About the role

Account Executive role at Juicebox, a fast-growing AI SaaS recruiting platform. Own the full sales cycle from inbound interest to close, primarily selling to Talent Acquisition, People, and Recruiting leaders with a product-led go-to-market.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Convert inbound demo requests and free trial users into long-term customers.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience closing SaaS deals.
  • Experience selling deals with annual contract values (ACVs) between $10K and $50K.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding quota (President's Club, Top Performer, Top 10%, MVP, or similar achievements).
  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • A bias toward action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
