About the role

Sales role focused on identifying, establishing, and developing new and existing business relationships with property management companies, in Lehi, UT, with local and regional travel and involvement in local apartment associations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Answer questions about the products
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
  • Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience with technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.)
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • True passion for sales, presenting, negotiating, and closing business
  • Understanding how to foster client relationships
  • Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline
  • Social intelligence and the ability to build quality, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proven sales results and track record of success
  • Ability to work independently
