About the role

AI Solutions Lead at Omnea, responsible for end-to-end deployment of the Omnea platform for enterprise customers, advising on configuration, guiding AI-assisted build work, validating outputs, and managing stakeholder politics to drive time-to-launch and post-go-live success.

Responsibilities

  • Discover and design: run discovery with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT; design target workflow, approvals, routing, integrations, and edge cases; own deployment sequencing and data reconciliation across multiple systems; define success criteria and path to go-live.
  • Build with AI, not instead of it: configure AI-driven agents and their interactions; write robust specs for agent chains that hold up across a workflow; validate AI outputs against processes and edge cases; exercise judgment on ambiguous requirements and custom logic.
  • Deploy and prove value: present workflows to stakeholders; run multi-day onsite workshops; project-manage deployments; track adoption post go-live; collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape future modules.

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years in a fast-paced, high-bar environment (startup, scale-up, consulting, banking, or similar)
  • Comfortable directing AI tools to produce first-draft work and evaluate outputs
  • Client-facing experience or proven ability to manage stakeholder interactions
  • Track record of exceptional performance in prior roles
  • Comfort reasoning about system architecture and data models across multiple enterprise systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized with experience managing 3-5 enterprise deployments concurrently
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership of outcomes
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels, from analysts to CFOs
  • Ability to present project plans and manage cross-functional rooms of stakeholders
