About the role

Senior revenue strategy and planning leader responsible for turning growth goals into concrete plans, models, incentives, and reporting to enable go-to-market teams to scale a B2B motion at a remote-first company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify areas for improvement in go-to-market motions
  • Build dashboards and analyze funnel performance
  • Forecast revenue growth and support planning cadences
  • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations
  • Translate high-level growth goals into actionable plans and reporting
  • Maintain CRM-driven reporting stacks to ensure data quality and process discipline
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution (end-to-end ownership)

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in Revenue Strategy & Planning, Commercial Strategy, Business Operations, or Strategic Finance
  • End-to-end ownership of planning processes (OKRs, operating rhythm, top-down vs bottom-up alignment)
  • Experience building a process/operating system from scratch using CRM data (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proven ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive to resolution
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and escalation capabilities
