Physician role delivering Neko's preventive-care model in the Miami clinic, focusing on preventive medicine through non-invasive screening, collaborative care, and patient-centered conversations to improve long-term health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Consultations that feel like conversations: ask, listen, and explain findings in plain language
  • Personalized, action-oriented health plans built with the member from screening results
  • Member education on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies
  • Comprehensive preventive health screenings using skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support
  • Clinical oversight and escalation support for APPs as supervising or collaborating physician
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Operators, APPs, and care teams to improve continuity of care

Qualifications

  • Active Florida State medical license
  • Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of post-residency experience
  • Recent outpatient experience (at least a year in the past 5 years)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment
