About the role

Senior Strategic Finance Manager to guide growth at Rula, partnering with Product and Clinical Operations to shape patient retention strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and drive strategic decisions using unit economics, financial modeling, and data analysis in a healthcare services marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and Clinical Operations teams to shape patient retention strategy
  • Evaluate trade-offs and drive strategic decisions using unit economics, financial modeling, and data analysis
  • Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Balance short-term efficiency with long-term impact
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment to influence strategic decisions

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles
  • Proven track record in informing growth or go-to-market strategies through quantitative financial analysis
  • Deep understanding of unit economics metrics (LTV, CAC, payback, cohort analyses)
  • Experience building, owning, and maintaining scenario-based top-line forecasts
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with experience building granular financial models (SQL, BI, or advanced analytical tools)
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear insights for non-finance partners
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally to evaluate trade-offs and drive operational accountability
