About the role

Senior technical program management role leading an internal incubator to build Databricks' first-party agentic application platform for internal AI tools and autonomous digital agents, reporting to executive leadership and managing a lean TPM team.

Responsibilities

  • - Drive end-to-end strategy, execution, and deployment of an internal agentic platform
  • - Redesign the AI-augmented SDLC and embed GenAI into core workflows
  • - Orchestrate large-scale cross-functional programs including security-hardening and platform migrations
  • - Establish metrics, observability, ROI evaluation, and drive platform adoption and employee value
  • - Mentor and lead a team of 3–4 TPMs and foster excellence in distributed systems

Qualifications

  • - 10+ years of technical program management leadership in hyper-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or Tier-1 tech environments
  • - Proven people management of lean TPM teams with hands-on technical leadership
  • - Deep architectural and systems fluency with distributed data infrastructure
  • - Experience managing structural change from procurement (RFPs) to native product development
  • - Exceptional executive presence and communication with stakeholders at VP/C-level
  • - Data-driven analytics skills (SQL, Python, or data notebooks) to define KPIs
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
