About the role

LiteLLM is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own customer success for its OSS AI gateway, working with key accounts, guiding deployments, and surfacing feedback to drive product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own the 30 most important accounts at LiteLLM, and drive them to success
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for these accounts - in charge of making sure their issues are resolved, communicating regularly with the customer
  • Prevent churn-risk by proactively identifying risk, improving and driving usage, and ensuring customers are renewal-ready
  • Drive product roadmap by surfacing larger technical gaps/opportunities to the product team

Qualifications

  • Technical depth and familiarity with the LiteLLM product surface
  • Customer-focused with a track record of enabling customer success
  • Ability to diagnose root causes rather than patching symptoms
  • Excellent customer-facing communication (clear writing, calm execution) and high responsiveness (Slack-first)
  • High autonomy in backlog and priority management based on customer problems
  • Strong bias toward understanding problems deeply
