About the role

Employee Experience Manager role in New York overseeing administrative support, accounting & finance, operations, HR, office management, and event/project coordination for CLO Virtual Fashion.

Responsibilities

  • Office Management and Facilities Administration: Workspace operations; Lease administration; Vendor management; Logistics & inventory; Office provisions; Office events.
  • Asset & IT Administration: Asset lifecycle management; Procurement; Software & license management.
  • HR Operations: On/Offboarding; Employee engagement & culture; Company policy alignment; Global SOPs & policies; HRMS administration.
  • Budget Management: Employee expense control in coordination with Finance & Accounting.
  • Business Travel & Expense Coordination: Travel management; Policy compliance & travel history tracking.

Qualifications

  • Strong planning and analytical skills with high attention to details
  • 0-2 years professional work experience in a business setting (accounting, finance, operations, HR etc.). Proficiency in MS Office or any accounting software is a plus
  • Ability to take initiative in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Proactive mindset in identifying potential issues and developing preventative operational frameworks
  • Excellence in professional communication skills with composure and clarity in high-pressure situations
  • Collaborative approach to cross-functional teams
  • Solution-oriented perspective for process optimization
