About the role

Associate Manager responsible for bridging digital commerce strategy and operational execution, focusing on TikTok Shop operations, catalog management, cross-functional collaboration, forecasting, and reporting to ensure a seamless digital shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • TikTok Shop Operations: Manage Catalog PIDs and optimize product listings; optimize PDP images and copy for TikTok; set up shop-wide promotions and monitor TikTok Shop campaigns; operate the TikTok Shop owner account, manage access/app syncing/settings; maintain high Shop Performance Score by monitoring violations; oversee platform customer service via messages and emails; monitor and respond to shopper product reviews; coordinate with internal Customer Service on order/fulfillment issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with distribution, Master Data, Development, and Accounting teams; troubleshoot TikTok Shop integration issues; assist with UAT/test orders.
  • Forecasting, Planning & Reporting: Monitor inventory with Demand/Supply to meet digital needs; manage returns/refunds/order cancellations; track launch dates and perform smoke testing; assist leadership with forecasting; attend sales/ops planning and innovation cycle meetings; manage NA order forecasting files and maintain dashboards and trackers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in social commerce operations, digital commerce, or merchandising; beauty & personal care or CPG experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop operations; Shopify familiarity a plus
  • Familiarity with order routing/inventory platforms like Pipe17 a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and complex spreadsheets
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple trackers, product launches, and workflows simultaneously
