About the role

Senior Legal Specialist based in Milan for the ION Group's Cedacri integration, providing legal advice on commercial and corporate matters, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to risk management and compliance in an international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Providing legal advice and conducting legal research on topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law and real estate
  • Reply to legal requests from end-users and third parties (including resellers and suppliers) related to products and services
  • Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments
  • Compiling information and preparing statistics, charts, graphs and other summaries to detail findings
  • Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes
  • Other duties as role expands

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Law (with honors) 104+
  • Relevant experience as lawyer in a leading law firm
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Get things done attitude with ability to prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
