About the role

Legal Specialist role in Milan within Cedacri, part of ION Group, focusing on providing legal advice on commercial and corporate matters, supporting strategic initiatives, risk management and compliance in an international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Providing legal advice and conducting legal research on civil law, intellectual property, corporate law and real estate
  • Reply to various legal requests from end-users and third parties (including resellers and suppliers) in relation to products and services
  • Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments
  • Compiling information and preparing statistics, charts, graphs and other summaries to detail the findings
  • Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes
  • We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Law (with honors) 104+
  • Relevant experience as lawyer in a leading law firm
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Get things done attitude with ability to prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a changing environment
