About the role
HR generalist role based in London, supporting Go-to-Market focus while building the People function in the UK from the ground up; involvement across the full employee lifecycle with exposure to GTM and collaboration with regional People Partners.
Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for employees and managers on HR questions across the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, policy interpretation, benefits, and performance management.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth tech environments
