About the role

Forward Deployed Builder embedded with customers to identify high-value automation opportunities, solution them, build demos, win deals, and implement production agentic workflows using Ema’s Universal Agentic Control Plane.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for the work worth doing. Sit inside the customer’s operation, learn how they really run, and identify processes where agentic automation creates outsized value.
  • Solution it. Design real-world processes into a clean agentic flow on Ema, making architecture calls on agents, integrations, and human-in-the-loop points.
  • Build the demo. Create a working demo to prove value; for partner deployments, make the demo a showcase for their customers.
  • Win the technical conversation. Own objections and prove the solution works to close a deal.
  • Implement it. Deliver a live, production agentic workflow from initial conversation to real usage, not just pilots or slides.

Qualifications

  • Technical enough to write code and build a real demo using the agentic platform
  • Persuasive in storytelling to connect customer pain points with Ema’s value proposition
  • Product-minded to identify streamlined agentic flows in chaotic processes
  • AI-first mindset to leverage agents for impact
  • Comfort with operating across customer environments and managing end-to-end delivery
