About the role
Full Stack Software Engineer role focusing on building internal tooling, customer platform, and integrations to automate insurance operations (quoting, underwriting, binding, claims, renewals). Based in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities
- Ship to production in your first week.
- Build internal tools that remove hours of manual work from real people's days
- Own features end to end: schema, API, interface, deployment.
- Build and maintain integrations with insurer systems, rating engines, document generation, and third-party data feeds.
- Use AI to move faster than a team our size should be able to.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of software engineering work experience.
- Experienced in TypeScript, Python, React, FastAPI, Django, Flask, AWS and beyond.
- Comfortable across the full stack rather than specialized into one end of it.
- Very fluent with AI development tooling.
