About the role

We are hiring a Channel Lead to build the foundations of Reducto's channel program from the ground up, focusing on partner-driven pipeline and revenue with systems integrators, resellers, and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

  • Design the foundational structure of Reducto's channel partner program, including partner tiers, deal registration, and agreement templates
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard reseller, implementation, and systems integrator partners
  • Negotiate and finalize partner agreements in coordination with legal and finance
  • Build partner enablement — pitch materials, technical training, certification
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets, and build reporting to track them
  • Run a regular partner cadence, including pipeline reviews and business reviews with active partners
  • Formalize processes and documentation so the program can scale beyond a single owner
  • Demonstrated history of generating pipeline and closed revenue through resellers, systems integrators, or implementation partners
  • Establish relationships with partner executives and delivery teams and maintain ongoing engagement beyond signing

Qualifications

  • Experience building a channel or partner program at an early-stage AI or infrastructure startup (bonus)
  • Existing relationships with systems integrators or resellers serving enterprise AI or document-heavy workflows (bonus)
  • Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) tooling (bonus)
  • Proven track record as both architect and early operator of a partner program (bonus)
  • Builder and operator mindset: capable of designing strategy and performing initial execution (e.g., writing first agreements, leading calls, creating enablement materials)
  • Revenue track record links to pipeline generation and closed deals via partners
