About the role

Neko Health is seeking part-time physicians to deliver preventive-care in New York clinics, focusing on non-invasive screening and personalized, action-oriented health plans within a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities

  • Consultations that feel like conversations with members, explaining findings in plain language
  • Develop personalized, action-oriented health plans based on screening results
  • Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies
  • Conduct comprehensive preventive health screenings using skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support
  • Provide clinical oversight and escalation support for APPs, contributing to clinical quality and team performance
  • Collaborate with Operators, APPs, and care teams to improve continuity of care and member experience

Qualifications

  • Active New York State medical license
  • Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of post-residency experience
  • Recent outpatient experience (at least 1 year in the past 5 years)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment
  • Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00am-4:30pm
