About the role

Neko Health is redefining prevention by delivering data-driven, preventive care in a non-invasive, time-efficient visit with AI-powered decision support and a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities

  • Consultations that feel like conversations: ask, listen, and explain findings in plain language; ensure members leave with a clear picture of their health.
  • Develop personalized, action-oriented health plans with members based on screening results and what matters to them; translate into next steps and measure follow-through and outcomes.
  • Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies through dialogue; assess success by member experience.
  • Conduct comprehensive preventive health screenings using skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support to support clinical judgment.
  • Provide clinical oversight and escalation support for APPs; supervise or collaborate to raise clinical quality and team performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operators, APPs, and care teams to improve continuity of care and the end-to-end member experience.

Qualifications

  • Active District of Columbia medical license.
  • Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of post-residency experience.
  • Recent outpatient experience (at least a year in the past 5 years).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
