About the role

Internship program for aspiring Trading Desk Operations Engineers (TDOE) offering hands-on projects on infrastructure, trading systems, and operations, with mentorship and tailored training to accelerate technical and operational expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimizing infrastructure and operational processes
  • Supporting trading systems and workflows by executing data queries and coordinating with stakeholders
  • Designing and implementing solutions for a range of trading and operations-related issues on the desk

Qualifications

  • Planning to graduate in 2027 or 2028, all backgrounds are welcome
  • A critical thinker with a strong quantitative foundation and an interest in growing your programming skills
  • A team player with a "no job too small" attitude
  • Interested in finance and passionate about STEM
  • Able to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, organised, reliable, and courteous
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator; able to use technical knowledge and strong collaboration skills to reach solutions
  • Intellectually humble; eager to ask questions and learn new things
  • Fluent in English
