About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist to help optimize global recruiting processes, support systems, and manage key projects. Based in New York with support for European and Asian offices.

Responsibilities

  • Mastering our recruiting tech stack, troubleshooting issues, and providing time zone-specific coverage for global offices
  • Documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to reduce operational friction
  • Driving recruiting initiatives from planning to execution, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining automations, scripts and lightweight internal tools that make recruiting workflows faster and more reliable
  • Collaborating with internal teams on improving existing recruiting tools and translating user needs into requirements
  • Maintaining data integrity, creating reports on key metrics, and offering data-driven recommendations

Qualifications

  • Have 4-8 years of relevant experience
  • Experienced with recruiting tools and technologies
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • A systematic thinker with experience documenting complex processes
  • A self-sufficient problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Comfortable querying and analyzing data and drawing conclusions from it
  • Have experience developing tools in partnership with engineering and product teams is a plus
  • Experienced working on multi-disciplinary recruiting teams or in multi-office, high-growth environments is a plus but not required
