About the role

AgentMail is building the identity layer for AI agents, starting with email. This role leads product-led growth and community efforts to activate builders across online and in-person communities, and to accelerate signups and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and assigning the budget across all our PLG efforts
  • Our Discord and Reddit presence: useful, credible participation that builds trust with builders and, increasingly, with the AI models reading the same threads
  • Generating our posting strategy for LinkedIn and X, from what we say to how often we say it
  • PostHog and experimentation: understanding what our signups actually do, then designing and running your own funnel and activation experiments
  • The events program: hackathon sponsorships, conferences, dinners, and making our SF office a gathering place for the agent ecosystem
  • UGC and social content: finding builders doing interesting things with AgentMail and amplifying them
  • Launch amplification across every community channel
  • Shipping fast alongside founders and engineers: idea to live experiment in the same week
