About the role
Strategy and Operations Manager / Senior Manager on the Future Platforms team, responsible for taking EliseAI’s future platform products from early customer promise to live deployments, owning the deployment motion, and scaling cross-functional processes across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own core pieces of the deployment motion: select a defined slice (e.g., scoping methodology, migration readiness, product requirements pipeline), sharpen standards, close gaps at volume, and measure outcomes
- Diagnose where the deployment motion breaks using engagement data, retrospectives, and direct observation to drive improvements in deployment timeline, cost, and quality
- Plan for scale: model needs at higher volumes, identify breaking constraints, and advocate for proactive investments
- Design and drive execution: define priorities, timelines, and success metrics, push changes through Product and delivery teams until adoption
- Carry one or two engagements to stay close to customer-facing realities and keep recommendations credible
- Shape the product roadmap by turning engagement patterns into prioritized requirements with Product and Engineering
- Build and scale the team: hire, onboard, and ramp the people running engagements and codify best practices
- Move at rocket speed, build something massive; operate with autonomy and minimal micromanagement
