About the role
Hyper-ambitious technical/product role supporting CTO on product, tech, and hiring; opportunity to work directly with the CTO and potentially start a company one day.
Responsibilities
- dig deep into customer data and find problems worth fixing
- triaging incoming product feedback, assess whats worth fixing
- run customer interviews and understand our customers deeply
- research opportunities to guide product strategy & future bets
- competitor research, what do we do better - what do others do better?
- test and evaluate new models, prompting techniques etc. become a Voice AI expert
- support on hiring absolute A-player engineers
Qualifications
- great at communicating verbally and in written form
- structured in your approach to things
- high agency
- can take very direct feedback
- AI-pilled
- great product taste & commercial sense
- have a technical background
