About the role

The DevOps Platform team builds, maintains and scales the developer tooling platform and infrastructure that hundreds of engineers rely on daily across on-premises and cloud environments, with a focus on security and scalable CI/CD, GitOps, and supply chain security.

Responsibilities

  • Deepen our GitOps workflows built on ArgoCD, from day-to-day operational improvements to structural work on cluster state across environments
  • Advance our supply chain security posture — investments in SAST and artifact attestation with meaningful work to implement them
  • Troubleshoot hard infrastructure problems across network, application, and system layers — complex problems requiring cross-layer analysis

Qualifications

  • Strong Kubernetes experience, including tuning and troubleshooting on-prem Linux systems under real load
  • Hands-on CI/CD background — GitLab CI is a plus
  • GitOps in practice, ideally with ArgoCD
  • Software development skills in Python, Golang or Rust for building and maintaining tooling
  • Configuration management experience with Ansible and/or Terraform
