About the role

Executive sales leader responsible for growing Elastic's AI Native business unit through direct enterprise sales to AI-native companies and strategic sell-with partnerships with major AI ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of specialized Account Executives and Strategic Alliance Managers to sell into AI-native organizations and execute high-impact sell-with motions.
  • Build, execute, and own a dual-track GTM strategy: direct enterprise expansion into AI-native companies and strategic sell-with co-sell motions with major AI foundation model providers and platforms.
  • Travel regularly to engage in deal structuring, co-sell strategy, and executive closures.
  • Engage in strategic deal cycles with CxO/Founder/VP level interactions within top-tier AI companies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Elastic's global leadership, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Solutions Architecture to influence roadmap and execute PoCs and co-marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record leading high-performing software sales teams with quota overachievement in dynamic, high-growth, or strategic alliance environments.
  • Deep understanding of the modern AI tech stack, including vector databases, hybrid search infrastructure, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and generative AI platforms.
  • Experience building strategic co-sell or sell-with partnerships with major cloud, AI, or SaaS ecosystem leaders.
  • Solid analytical capability and data-driven decision-making; familiarity with MEDDPICC in complex sales cycles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and initiative in hyper-growth, evolving markets.
