About the role

Full-time on-site BDR role in Chicago, IL focused on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective investors and institutional clients for Corgi Invest’s ETF offerings, with outbound outreach, pipeline management, discovery conversations, CRM maintenance, and collaboration with sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective investors and institutional clients.
  • Outbound outreach via calls, emails, and digital channels.
  • Develop and manage pipelines of leads; schedule and conduct discovery conversations.
  • Present Corgi Invest’s ETF offerings and communicate value propositions.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records; track performance metrics.
  • Support marketing initiatives and provide market feedback for product development and positioning.

Qualifications

  • Strong phone presence and ability to reach decision makers.
  • Inside sales and lead generation skills; outbound prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Experience in sales/business development; ability to close opportunities and meet growth targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain investment concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with ETFs, asset management, or financial services; interest in capital markets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software; strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience (NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A DEGREE).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team; adapt to fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ethical mindset; commitment to regulatory compliance, client suitability, and clear communication.
