About the role
Senior Content Marketing Manager role focused on building Reducto’s content engine to earn trust across AI teams, software teams, business leaders, and knowledge workers. Hands-on writing across blogs, guides, cookbooks, videos, customer stories, social channels; ownership of editorial calendar, content briefs, freelancer management, and distribution. Collaborates with Growth, DevRel, Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Brand. On-site in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Drive Reducto's editorial POV and translate into a quarterly content plan
- Own editorial calendar and publish across engineering deep dives, benchmarks, technical guides, workflow breakdowns, business-process content, and industry pieces
- Create content powering SEO and GEO programs based on prioritized topics, keywords, and questions
- Interview customers and produce case studies, stories, and proof points for Sales, Growth, and Product Marketing
- Own social and newsletter distribution across LinkedIn, X, and developer communities
- Repurpose major assets into distribution programs (posts, threads, newsletters, sales collateral)
- Collaborate with DevRel, Engineering, Product to ensure technical accuracy for technical readers; with Sales and customers to ground business content
- Develop content briefs, manage freelancers and contributors, uphold voice and quality standards
- Coordinate with Brand to maintain Reducto voice and design; with Growth and Marketing Operations to link content to traffic, signups, activation, and pipeline
- Track topics, questions, and objections from Sales calls and communities and create content to address them
- Maintain and evolve content standards, style guide, and messaging consistency
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or related role, ideally at a B2B software company
