About the role

In-person enterprise B2B SaaS sales role at Reducto, focused on selling technical AI/document-processing solutions in a high-velocity environment. Requires hitting quota, engaging both technical and business stakeholders, and collaborating closely with the founding team to shape product and go-to-market strategy. Located in New York City with five days onsite at the West Village office.

Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-velocity sales motion, with durable, repeatable success (e.g. President's Club).
  • Experience selling technical products, ideally AI/ML, data infrastructure, or document-processing solutions, and qualifying technical buyers quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to run a high number of concurrent deals without compromising quality.
  • Speak credibly about APIs, extraction accuracy, or model behavior in fast-moving conversations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; build rapport and generate urgency quickly.
  • Willingness to work in-person from our NYC (West Village) office five days a week.

Qualifications

  • Execution Focus: self-starter who can drive deals from prospecting to close.
  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with technical products or AI/ML solutions.
  • Strategic Thinking: can identify customer pain points and articulate value to varied stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: ability to work with cross-functional teams and provide market feedback to shape product/GTMs.
  • Technical Acumen: quickly grasp complex technical concepts and position solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
