About the role

Account Executive role at Reducto, an in-person, SF-based position focused on enterprise B2B SaaS sales of AI/document processing solutions. Requires high-velocity closing, strong technical understanding, and collaboration with the founding team to drive revenue and market feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-velocity sales motion
  • Experience selling technical products (AI/ML, data infrastructure, document-processing solutions) and qualifying technical buyers quickly
  • Run a high number of concurrent deals without compromising quality
  • Speak credibly about APIs, extraction accuracy, or model behavior in fast-moving conversations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; build rapport and generate urgency quickly
  • Willingness to work in-person from our San Francisco office five days a week

Qualifications

  • Track record of exceeding targets in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with technical products or AI/ML solutions
  • Thrives in high-growth environments with adaptability
  • Strategic thinking to identify customer pain points and articulate value to stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build relationships with technical and business decision-makers
  • Strong technical acumen to grasp complex concepts and position solution effectively
  • Experience selling AI/ML, data infrastructure, or document-processing solutions (preferred)
  • Experience selling to both technical and business buyers (preferred)
  • Network of enterprise relationships (bonus)
