About the role

Oversee local growth and activation strategy for the Miami location, acting as the local face of the brand to build relationships with members, influencers, partners, and the consumer community, while supporting bookings and retention goals through community management, marketing, events, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee local growth and activation strategy for the Miami location
  • Act as the face of the brand locally
  • Build strong relationships with members, influencers, partners, and the wider consumer community
  • Manage community, marketing, events and partnerships to ensure exceptional clinic experience and local top-of-mind awareness
  • Support bookings and retention goals
  • Establish reporting and insights into local performance (bookings, retention, community engagement)
  • Launch and run calendar of events, activations, and partnerships to drive bookings and brand recognition
  • Develop internal processes with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
  • Build a recognisable local brand presence that drives trust and demand in Miami

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in community management, marketing, events, and/or partnerships
  • Strong existing network within the Miami community (influencers, local partners, stakeholders)
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Commercially minded with strong organizational skills
  • Passion for startups and community-building; comfortable in fast-paced environments
