About the role

Role focused on local growth and activation strategy for the Washington, D.C. location, acting as the face of the brand locally, building relationships with members, influencers, partners, and the community to drive bookings, retention, and brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of the brand locally in Washington, D.C.
  • Oversee local growth and activation strategy for the DC location
  • Build strong relationships with members, influencers, partners, and the wider consumer community
  • Manage community management, marketing, events and partnerships to deliver an exceptional clinic experience
  • Support bookings and retention goals
  • Establish local reporting and insights on performance (bookings, retention, community engagement)
  • Launch and run a calendar of events, activations, and partnerships to drive bookings and local awareness
  • Develop internal processes with clinical, operations, and marketing teams for alignment and execution excellence
  • Maintain a recognisable local brand presence to drive trust and demand in DC

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in community management, marketing, events, and/or partnerships
  • Strong existing network within the Washington, D.C. community, including influencers, local partners, and key stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Commercially minded with strong organizational skills
  • Passion for startups and community-building and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
