About the role

Senior strategist responsible for the pre-sale phase of agency-sourced integrations within the MrBeast ecosystem, translating agency briefs into MrBeast content architectures and delivering agency-ready packaging, KPI models, and custom pricing. Based in New York, in-office five days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead pre-sale strategies: craft compelling pitch decks, concept docs, KPI models, and custom pricing frameworks tailored to agency briefs.
  • Navigate holding-company dynamics with agility, adapting pitches to fit diverse RFP processes and agency workflows.
  • Transform complex marketer goals into high-impact MrBeast content integration opportunities.
  • Design agency-ready packaging, including custom case studies, audience-sizing data, and flexible creative executions.
  • Manage multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Deliver post-campaign insights, measurement snapshots, and pitch-ready anonymized wins to empower partners to win future campaigns with us.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in media-agency-side integrated marketing strategy, brand-side media planning, or platform and publisher partnerships focused on agency channels.
  • Native holding-company literacy with experience at, selling into, or sourcing from at least three of the major holding companies.
  • Track record of packaging integrated campaigns for agency-sourced clients, from publisher or agency side.
  • Media literacy to specify what a MrBeast integration looks like without Production explanation.
  • Comfort operating in a high-volume environment with multiple concurrent deals.
