About the role
Organized and discreet Accounting Coordinator to manage a variety of daily tasks and projects across the global Accounting team; role emphasizes learning on the job and maintaining timely, accurate records while supporting various accounting and operations processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating document signatures and follow-ups
- Assisting with calendar management, maintenance, and updating
- Completing audit-related tasks, tracking requests, and coordinating with other Jane Street teams for proper follow-up
- Distributing monthly financials to counterparties, maintaining/updating the distribution list as relationships/requirements change
- Coordinating financial statement deliverables with the AML team during onboarding
- Assisting with credit card administration: requesting new cards, managing limits, communicating with third-party vendors, coordinating with banks in case of fraudulent transactions
- Coordinating various processes, including capital moves and wires
Qualifications
- Having 2+ years of corporate administrative experience (preferred)
- Able to produce timely and accurate records, especially work paper documentation
- Supportive and reliable; team player with a collaborative mindset
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Discreet, trustworthy, comfortable in a deadline-driven environment
- Motivated to improve processes where possible
- Strong communicator with excellent people skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Benefits
- Base salary $100,000 - $120,000
