About the role

Sprinto is an Autonomous Trust Platform enabling organizations to maintain trust across compliance, audits, risk management, vendor risk, privacy, and AI governance. The role focuses on scaling Sprinto's Delivery Partnerships program by activating and managing a focused set of partners to drive customer and pipeline outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a focused portfolio of delivery partners across security assurance, advisory, and legal verticals (VAPT providers, audit and assessment firms, vCISO practices, compliance law firms).
  • Execute and improve Delivery Partnerships playbooks covering onboarding, engagement, co-sell motions, and partner enablement.
  • Document what works and recommend practical changes to the program.
  • Support partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline goals with RevOps and sales teams to maintain lead exchange, attribution, stages, and next steps.
  • Coordinate between delivery partners and Sprinto's product, customer experience, and sales teams; translate partner needs into clear feedback.
  • Track partner coverage across customer segments and compliance frameworks; monitor accreditation, peer-review standing, and SLA performance; flag gaps or risks.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, customer-facing program management, or business development, with exposure to GRC, audit, compliance, or security advisory.
  • Experience managing a partner portfolio or contributing to a partner program.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise security, governance, risk, and compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST, NIS2, TISAX, and similar standards.
  • Ability to operate in an evolving environment and create structure for developing workstreams.
