Software Engineer, Agentic Infrastructure
About the role
Role focused on building and automating internal AI agent workflows and infrastructure to scale Chariot’s operations. Join Chariot Labs to develop agent-based tooling, automate workflows, and prototype scalable internal systems from v1 to production, in person in NYC with some remote flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Write code, build AI agents, and put together internal systems from v1 to v100 or from scratch.
- Work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into automated workflows, programmatic outbound, and custom internal tools.
- Evaluate whether a CRM is needed in the age of AI and prototype workflows accordingly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Engineering, Growth Product Management or technical RevOps
- You write code in Python, JavaScript, SQL and are comfortable with APIs
- You've built with tools like OpenClaw, Claude Managed Agents, Claude Code
- Understanding of orchestration of agents and production-ready improvements
- Experience with architecture concepts like Thin Harness, Fat Skills
- Based in NYC or willing to relocate for in-person role (with WFH Fridays)
