About the role

Senior Oracle Fusion Engineer responsible for technical architecture and development of complex custom solutions within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment, with focus on Supply Chain Execution and Finance, in a hybrid role based in Austin, US.

Responsibilities

  • Senior Design Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for major enterprise enhancements, providing technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Advanced Development Execution: Own the hands-on development of critical, high-impact technical modules, prioritizing clean, maintainable, and high-performance code across the Oracle Fusion environment.
  • Custom Development: Drive design and development of complex technical solutions (Extensions, Complex Interfaces, Customizations) using Fusion tools: BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP or PaaS extensions.
  • Deep Dive Resolution: Serve as the final escalation point for P1/P2 operational incidents, providing rapid root cause analysis and permanent technical resolutions.
  • Integration Design: Lead performance tuning for ESS batch jobs and high-volume interfaces partnering with OIC/OPA Developer.
  • Technical Standards: Establish technical standards, coding best practices, and quality gates for all development work.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in ERP functional and technical roles.
  • 6+ years of hands-on implementation and technology support with Oracle Fusion ERP/GTM and EPM.
  • Mandatory: proven history of designing, building, or architecting complex technical solutions within the Fusion framework using AI Agent Studio, BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP or PaaS extensions.
  • Deep understanding of integration technology, including proven experience designing robust interfaces using OIC for shop floor and warehouse systems.
  • Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment.
