About the role

Lead Parallel's enterprise sales team, owning portion of pipeline, coaching and scaling up the team through multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles (security, procurement, legal) to drive enterprise deals and build a repeatable playbook.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise sales team for at least 4 years and navigate CTO/VP-level engagements.
  • Manage deals through security reviews, procurement, and multi-stakeholder legal negotiations.
  • Maintain engagement with champions to keep deals alive through lulls and six-month cycles.
  • Sell to technical buyers and discuss topics like LLMs, agents, or RAG without a technical co-pilot.
  • Differentiate between coaching and doing deals, building reps rather than hand-holding, and generating own pipeline.
  • Drive pipeline coverage, ramp time, and win rates across the team.
  • Collaborate with head of Recruiting to build a dream team and with head of GTM on segmentation.

Qualifications

  • Led an enterprise sales team for at least 4 years.
  • Experience navigating security reviews, procurement, and multi-stakeholder legal negotiations.
  • Able to sell to technical buyers and discuss LLMs, agents, or RAG at a high level.
  • Experience creating and expanding teams, coaching, and building pipeline independently.
