About the role
Senior-level paid search role focused on day-to-day execution of Rula's paid search program across Therapy and Psychiatry service lines. Responsible for optimizing for patient starts and lifetime value, collaborating with Analytics, Finance, and Brand to build a technically sophisticated and mission-aligned program.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day execution of Rula's Paid Search program across Therapy and Psychiatry service lines.
- Optimize for patient Starts and lifetime value.
- Partner with Analytics, Finance, and Brand to build a technically sophisticated program aligned with mission.
- Utilize value-based bidding strategies and automation to maximize performance.
- Work with Sr. Paid Search Manager and Director of Patient Performance Marketing on program strategy and execution.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience executing in programs at significant scale ($20M+ annual spend)
- Deep, practical expertise in value-based bidding (VBB) and Google Ads (tROAS, Smart Bidding value rules)
- Strong command of Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads campaign management, including Smart Bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and automated rules
- Fluency with LTV-based performance frameworks
- Proficiency with Looker or comparable BI tools
- Strong analytical foundation
