About the role

Strategic HRBP role focused on building and evolving systems, judgment, and culture to sustain rapid growth. Partners with leadership to design high-performance frameworks, navigate ambiguity, and shape internal communication. Emphasis on building playbooks, leveraging AI, and handling sensitive people situations with independent judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with managers and leaders to understand decision-making and judgment gaps.
  • Develop fluency in performance, accountability systems, culture norms, and internal communication rhythms.
  • Identify trust and context needs before taking on sensitive work and plan ramp accordingly.
  • Stand up concrete improvements to define and reinforce a high-performance culture.
  • Shape and execute internal communications strategy to maintain alignment during change.
  • Weigh in on sensitive, judgment-heavy people situations with increasing autonomy.
  • Own systems that help managers build judgment during high-change, high-growth conditions.
  • Design and operationalize stronger systems of accountability and consistency in performance management.
  • Deepen engagement and organizational health touchpoints in partnership with people managers during significant change.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced high-growth environments (SaaS and/or Fintech preferred).
  • Experience coaching and advising managers through ambiguous, high-stakes situations, building leadership judgment during change.
  • Track record designing and standing up HR programs or systems from the ground up.
  • Strong business acumen with fluency in financials and translating HR and business considerations for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating sensitive, high-stakes employee situations with sound, independent judgment.
  • Sharp communication skills for frontline managers to senior leadership; experience shaping internal communications strategy.
  • Relationship-building with sound escalation judgment; earns trust and credibility.
  • Comfort operating in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments where systems are still being built.
  • Fluency using AI to drive efficiency in individual work and across leadership.
