About the role

Senior Technical Sourcer at Talentful, hybrid in London. Embeds with a client to understand culture, partners with senior stakeholders, manages end-to-end recruitment projects, and maintains an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
  • Partner with top-tier senior stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
  • Host hiring events and manage end-to-end recruitment projects
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process, including confidently offering and closing

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills and are detail-orientated
