About the role

Talentful is shaping the future of how high-growth companies build world-class teams. The Senior Sales Sourcer focuses on finding and attracting top GTM talent for clients, using deep sourcing techniques and partnering with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Find and attract the world's best talent to our clients
  • Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies
  • Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
  • Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
  • Your focus will be sourcing great people across GTM roles, like Sales and Customer Success

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of GTM Sourcing experience, in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills and are detail-orientated
