About the role

Senior Salesforce Engineer at Elastic, focusing on end-to-end full-stack development with AI-assisted tooling, Salesforce/MuleSoft platforms, and automation to streamline revenue processes and scale platform architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end — UI, APIs, business logic, data models, and integrations
  • Build modern frontend experiences and robust backend services and APIs
  • Use AI-assisted development tools throughout the SDLC
  • Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, event-driven patterns, and enterprise integration practices
  • Develop on Salesforce with Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and security model
  • Explore and build agentic and AI-powered features with governance and human-in-the-loop checks
  • Own features through the full lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, production support
  • Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline
  • Proficiency in modern frontend technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, modern frameworks) and backend development (OOP, RESTful API design, databases/SQL, data modeling)
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot or similar)
  • Solid grounding in software design patterns, SDLC, Agile methodologies, Git, and CI/CD practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to design and deliver scalable technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
